Working together
You have a product or design ready and need a maker. We produce it under your name, from small batches to full runs. You sell, we cut.
You have an idea but no design yet. We think along about shape, function and cost, and develop it with you into a product that works in felt.
The process
Send us a sketch, a photo or just an idea. We discuss what the product needs to do and who it is for.
We turn the idea into a design that works in 9 mm felt: shape, joints, colour and cost price.
We cut the first piece on our own CNC. Feel it, test it, adjust it, until it is right.
Once approved, we produce the run in Hellevoetsluis. Small batches or large volumes.
Material sheet
Felt is sturdy enough to carry weight, soft enough to protect and it absorbs sound. And it is made from PET bottles.
